One Epping Forest is the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) for Epping Forest District. It brings together public, private and voluntary sector agencies responsible for the provision of services making our District a great place to live, work, study and do business. The partnership recognises and responds to the priorities and needs of local people based upon the findings from joint consultation and reports progress at the annual Community Conference. The full LSP Partnership Board meets four times a year and its role is to oversee the overall strategic direction of the LSP.

The Draft Community Strategy 2010 - 2031 is now available for your comment, please give us your views. It is an ongoing process to plan and influence the quality of life in the Epping Forest district over several years. The Strategy is a living document that needs to develop and grow. It is regularly reviewed to see that it reflects changing circumstances and is therefore relevant and current. The first Community Strategy was agreed following extensive public consultation in 2004. In 2009 the partnership set up a project to undertake a major refresh of the Strategy to address emerging issues and concerns and this has resulted in the publication of this draft Strategy.
